We're a design & brand management startup based in Goa, and now hiring a talented Marketing Intern to join our team. The candidate must be able to communicate very well and be able to literally sell ice to Eskimos - in short must have very sharp convincing skills!
Specific Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend prospects for new clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Formulate strategies to build lasting digital growth for campaigns & Ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google.
- Regularly monitor and execute clients projects and performance of campaigns within the domain of Marketing, Social Media Management, Search Engine Optimisation, Deployment of Ads, PR, Events, Design Thinking, etc.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements.
- Keep learning more technical and professional skills for the job.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs, cold calling and visits will be a part**
Skills & Characteristics:
- Responsible, ability to multi-task & self starter who takes initiative. Since we're a creative firm, the applicant needs to to have an inclination towards creativity which will be a plus point.
- Marketing fundamentals, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, event or project management experience preferred time management, interpersonal skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Competency in English. Fluency in any other languages like Hindi, Konkani and Marathi is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) and good PC skills.
- Knowledge of any CRM software and digital sales tools will be an added advantage, but not necessary.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
