Job Description

Brainstorm campaign ideas that match each restaurant's brand identity, concept and target audience
Assist in planning and executing opening campaigns, seasonal promotions and restaurant events
Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
Create social media posts, captions, Reels and Stories
Take photos and videos of food, drinks, restaurant interiors and events
Research social media trends and adapt relevant ideas for each restaurant
Monitor social media performance and assist with basic customer enquiries
Update online menus, business listings and promotional information
Organise marketing materials, digital files and campaign records
Perform general marketing and administrative duties when required
