Company Description The Cocktail Story is a 360° marketing agency dedicated to the alcoholic beverage industry, creating integrated brand experiences that connect alco-bev brands, hospitality partners, and consumers. Founded in 2019, the agency operates from New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, supported by in-house production and a strong pan-India execution network. Its expertise spans creative and design, retail strategy, production, and activations and experiences, delivering campaigns that blend strategy, storytelling, and seamless execution. The Cocktail Story collaborates with leading alco-bev brands across India and is committed to building culture, championing bartenders as influential voices and creators. The team focuses on elevating the alco-bev ecosystem through innovative platforms, events, and engagement programs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in South Delhi. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, market research, and performance tracking across digital and on-ground initiatives. The intern will help coordinate brand activations, events, and partnerships within the alco-bev and hospitality ecosystem, ensuring smooth execution and timely reporting. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, maintaining databases, supporting sales and client servicing teams, and contributing to creative brainstorming sessions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end marketing processes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day client servicing, communication, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting minutes (MoMs) and track action items.
  • Coordinate social media, influencer, events, brand activation, trade marketing, and content production campaigns.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify consumer and cultural trends.
  • Assist in developing content briefs, creative references, and campaign mood boards.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators.
  • Review and organize campaign deliverables before client submission.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, documentation, and status reports.
  • Support planning and on-ground execution of events, activations, and experiential campaigns.
  • Manage vendor coordination, logistics, guest lists, and event reporting.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, campaign reports, research documents, and new business proposals.
