Role Overview

As our Marketing & Growth Intern, you'll own top of funnel experimentation - drafting content, automating outreach, and presenting weekly metrics, while working directly with the founders on high-leverage brand and community projects. Expect rapid feedback loops, full creative latitude, and the chance to turn ideas into measurable developer adoption.

Key Responsibilities ( 70 % of your week)

  • Draft LinkedIn carousels, reel scripts, and newsletter sections.
  • Build & automate A/B email sequences (Apollo / Gmail) targeting Android & iOS teams.
  • Track sign-ups activation in Sheets; Gather insights.
  • Optimise landing-page copy with GPT prompts and analytics data.

Generalist Responsibilities & Learnings ( 30 % of your week)

  • Design swag & promo assets for offline developer meet-ups.
  • Test micro-budget paid ads on Reddit / Hacker News.
  • Partner with Product to ship in-app growth nudges.
  • Lend a hand on hack-day logistics, off-sites, and ad-hoc ops fires when priorities shift.

What you bring

Must-haves

  • Sharp English copy; instinct for social storytelling (LinkedIn, X, Insta).
  • Canva / Figma basics; comfort with spreadsheets & basic analytics.
  • Curiosity about dev-tools and AI; self-starter who ships fast.

Good-to-haves

  • Basic SQL or GA4 / Amplitude experience.
  • Prior side-project marketing or campus-fest promotion.
  • Familiarity with Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar generative-content tools.

Stipend & Working Environment

  • 10 k monthly base & access to all company learning budgets.
  • Work-from-office, Monday–Friday.
  • Fast, messy, metric-driven. You'll sit next to founders, juggle growth work and ad-hoc ops, and see impact in days, not quarters.
