ROLE OVERVIEW
You will support a UK-based analytics and consulting company by delivering consistent, high-quality social media content across LinkedIn and Instagram to build brand visibility and engagement.
This is a hands-on, practical internship designed for individuals looking to develop strong skills in CRM management, outreach structuring, A/B testing, email optimisation, and communication workflows. You will organise CRM systems, build and test outreach templates, run controlled A/B experiments, and analyse performance to identify what drives results.
Working directly with the company's founders, you will follow clearly defined content standards and delivery expectations while gaining hands-on exposure to how analytics and consulting firms operate in the UK market.
This internship includes a defined financial reward, provided upon successful completion of agreed deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content
- Create 3 LinkedIn post drafts per week
- Create 3 Instagram posts or reels per week
- Research and implement platform-specific hashtags
- Assist with SEO keyword suggestions
- Research trending formats and content ideas
- Submit drafts for review and revise based on feedback
CRM, Outreach & Optimisation
- Organise CRM lead categories, segmentation tags, and workflows
- Create email outreach templates and multi-step follow-up sequences
- Run A/B tests comparing subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and email styles
- Analyse performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records with proper tagging
- Support weekly outreach workflows and ensure leads are actioned
- Prepare weekly summaries including performance, insights, and optimisation suggestions
- Document CRM processes, email steps, and pipeline logic
Collaborate directly with the founders during weekly check-ins to review progress, feedback, and priorities
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Pursuing a degree or a recent graduate/postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or MBA
- Interest or experience in social media content creation, CRM systems, email marketing, or A/B testing
- Basic understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
- Strong written English with creativity in content and email writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to compare results and identify winning approaches
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured workflows and deliver consistent output
