Marketing Intern

About the role

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Marketing Intern to join the Founder's Office at Pace Robotics. This is a social media and content-first role - you'll help build our presence from the ground up, create content that gets people to stop scrolling, and shape how we tell our story across channels. It's hands-on and fast-moving, ideal for someone who's equal parts creative and organized and excited to see their work go live quickly.

What you'll do

• Support content planning and execution across LinkedIn, Youtube and Instagram
• Create engaging content - posts, captions, short-form copy, and campaign ideas
• Conduct competitor research and analysis
• Engage with the community - respond to comments and DMs, and spark conversations that build a loyal following
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes, and bring fresh ideas to keep our content relevant
• Track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
• Pitch in on marketing and founder's office initiatives as they come up

What we're looking for

• MBA in Marketing (completed) or currently in your final semester
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts
• Strong content creation skills - you can write and think in ideas
• A self-starter who can work independently and move fast
• Design expertise (Canva, Figma, or similar tools) is a strong plus
• Bonus: interest in robotics, deep tech, or startups
