Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Marketing Intern who will work closely on Marketing Automation and Marketing Communication to improve user engagement, lead nurturing, and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both data and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Automation
- Set up and manage automated campaigns (WhatsApp, Email, SMS)
- Build and optimize user journeys (lead nurturing, re-engagement, visit reminders)
- Segment users based on behavior, location, and intent
- Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
2. Marketing Communication
- Write high-converting copy for WhatsApp, Email, Push notifications, and landing pages
- Create FOMO-driven campaigns for property visits
- Collaborate with sales/on-ground teams for real insights
- Maintain consistent brand tone
- Assist in content creation for blogs and property pages
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels
- Interest in CRM tools and growth marketing
- Analytical mindset
- Customer-first thinking
- Prior marketing/content experience is a plus
Bonus Skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Clevertap
- Familiarity with real estate or marketplaces
- Basic performance marketing knowledge
