Marketing Intern

Location: Patna, Bihar (In-office)

Stipend: 5,000 8,000 per month (based on Interview & Skill Level)

Duration: 36 Months (Performance-based full-time opportunity)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our agency team and support client marketing activities. This internship is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to real client projects, CRM systems, campaign execution, and brand growth strategies.

You will work closely with our Marketing Executives and Creative Team to understand how campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized.

This is not just an internship it's a foundation-building opportunity in marketing & client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Support CRM activities like lead tracking, follow-ups, and customer data management.
• Help in designing promotional ideas, offers, and engagement activities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in preparing simple reports and performance summaries.
• Support client communication under supervision.
• Coordinate with design & content team for smooth campaign execution.
• Help in social media planning and engagement activities.
