Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. The intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, assisting with digital and offline initiatives, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, and supporting social media and content activities as needed. The intern will also assist in tracking campaign metrics, gathering customer and partner feedback, and contributing to marketing reports. This role offers exposure to the Learning & Development and coaching industry and an opportunity to learn how strategic marketing supports business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to perform Market Research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and a willingness to support lead generation and follow-ups.
• Interest in Marketing Strategy and the ability to assist in planning and executing campaigns.
• Customer Service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness and building positive relationships.
• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing or social media tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
