Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role located in Mumbai. The Marketing Intern will support the team with market research, assist in developing marketing strategies, contribute to customer engagement efforts, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, creating marketing content, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent support to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience or familiarity with Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
- Ability to contribute to Sales activities and support marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using basic office and marketing tools or software is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
