Job Title: Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Marketing Intern who sits at the intersection of content, design, and user thinking - someone who enjoys turning ideas into clean, engaging, and intuitive experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who doesn't see content and design as separate skills, but as parts of the same system.

What you'll be working on:

• Create high-quality written content across formats - website, pitch decks, brochures, blogs, landing pages, product narratives, and social media
• Design visually clean, user-focused creatives (social posts, presentations, website sections, brochures)
• Assist in improving UI/UX flows for our website and digital assets
• Translate complex ideas into simple, story-driven and visually appealing communication
• Collaborate with the team to build a consistent brand voice and visual language

What we're looking for:

• Strong interest in both content creation and design (not just one)
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully
• A portfolio (even if small) showing both writing and design work.
• Good eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles (user flows, readability, usability)
• Someone who pays attention to detail and cares about how things look and feel
• Curiosity — you enjoy learning, iterating, and improving your work

What will make you stand out:

• Examples where you've improved clarity or usability, not just aesthetics
• Ability to explain your thought process behind your work
• Interest in tech, data, or complex products and simplifying them

Note:

We won't consider applications without a link to a portfolio or some kind of demonstration of work. Only candidates currently residing in Pune will be considered

Internship Details:

Location: Pune, On-site

Duration: 6 months (With conversion to a full-time role based on performance)

Stipend: 8K-12K/month
