Louder is a live entertainment company specialising in art and culture. We produce 100+ events annually across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Asia, alongside products in ticketing, AI-powered event management, CRM and gaming. We exist to showcase artists and build audiences for their work.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, motivated intern with a passion for live entertainment and marketing. You'll get hands-on experience across social media, content creation, sales support, influencer management and event execution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish high-engagement content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
• Design graphics, reels, emailers and social posts using Canva and similar tools
• Manage social media inboxes and comment responses across brand channels
• Assist in developing monthly content plans aligned to event and marketing calendars
• Support influencer and promoter outreach, onboarding and coordination
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, SMS and emails for ticket sales, VIP packages, client enquiries and follow-ups
• Assist the sales team with ticket and VIP package pitches, client follow-ups and lead generation
• Keep CRM updated with client, promoter and sponsor records
• Support event logistics, vendor coordination and on-site execution
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, themes and audience engagement

What We're Looking For

• Strong content creation, storytelling and copywriting instincts
• Beginner-level design skills (Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator)
• Trend-aware with a genuine interest in music, culture and live events
• Proactive, organised and comfortable multitasking
• Eager to support sales and engage with clients directly
• Basic AI literacy and openness to using AI tools for content, research and workflow efficiency
• Available full-time for 6 months, in-office
