Marketing Intern, India

We're hiring a Marketing Intern to accelerate Floto's adoption in India's design community.

About Floto

At Floto, we're on an ambitious mission to build the Operating System for Feedback.

Our first product is an AI-powered Figma plugin that brings actionable feedback directly into designers workflows. We deliver instant user insights on designs no leaving Figma, no waiting for interviews, no guessing. We are growing fast and 4K+ designers are already using us to cut their feedback loops from days to minutes.

What will you do

As a Marketing Intern at Floto, you will work closely with the founding and marketing team to drive growth through influencer partnerships, communities, campuses, and social media. This is a paid, hands-on role focused on execution, experimentation, and learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Marketing

• Research and source relevant influencers (designers, creators, students).
• Outreach, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations and campaigns.
• Track performance and outcomes of campaigns.

2. Design Community Partnerships

• Identify and collaborate with design and product communities.
• Plan and execute promotions, workshops, shoutouts, or partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships with community leaders.

3. Campus Ambassador Program

• Create and manage a campus ambassador channel.
• Recruit student ambassadors across colleges.
• Plan initiatives to increase Floto adoption within campuses.

4. Community Management

• Moderate and engage Floto communities on Discord and WhatsApp.
• Encourage discussions, feedback, and participation.
• Support events, announcements, and community activities.

You're probably a strong fit if you've:

• Strong interest in marketing, startups, and SaaS products.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Discord, and online communities.
• Good communication and outreach skills.
• Background or interest in design, product, or tech is a plus.
