We work with athletes, schools, and sporting institutions to measure and improve key performance abilities such as visual acuity, reaction speed, handeye coordination, and decision-making speed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Intern who is passionate about sports, performance science, and digital marketing.

You will help grow the ForgeYourPeak brand by supporting content creation, social media growth, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience building a sports-tech brand from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Media

Assist in creating Instagram content (reels, posts, thumbnails)

Help write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions

Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content (reels/shorts)

Support YouTube and Instagram publishing workflow

Marketing Funnel Support

Track marketing funnel metrics (views page visits purchases)

Help monitor campaign performance

Assist with audience engagement and community interactions

Campaign Execution

Help plan and execute social media campaigns

Assist in promoting bootcamps, webinars, and courses

Support email or community announcements

Market Research

Study competitors in sports performance and athlete development

Identify trends in sports training, vision training, and athlete performance

Creative & Design Assistance

Help design simple marketing creatives using Canva

Assist in creating thumbnails, posters, and infographics

Skills & Requirements

Preferred skills:

Interest in sports, performance training, or athlete development

Basic understanding of Instagram / YouTube marketing

Familiarity with Canva or simple design tools

Strong communication and writing skills

Curiosity about sports science, neuroscience, or human performance

Bonus (not required):

Video editing skills

Experience with analytics tools

Interest in startup environments
