Marketing Intern – Field Marketing

About DAUGHTOR

DAUGHTOR is an art house based in Kolkata, working with renowned and emerging contemporary artists. Over the years, DAUGHTOR has expanded its work into art fairs, exhibitions and curated events, bringing together artists, professionals, organisations, businesses and diverse audiences.

DAUGHTOR is currently working on several upcoming events and initiatives, and we are looking for energetic Marketing Interns who want to gain real-world, hands-on experience in field marketing, sales, lead generation and event promotion.

What You Will Do

· Generate leads and identify potential clients/participants

· Meet and communicate with prospective clients on the field

· Cold calling and warm calling

· Follow up and nurture leads

· Promote upcoming DAUGHTOR events

· Assist with on-ground marketing and outreach

· Maintain lead and activity reports

· Work with the team to achieve marketing targets

Skills Required

· Smart, confident and proactive

· Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable meeting and speaking to new people

· Good persuasion and networking skills

· Willingness to work on the field

· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace

Location

Preferred: Candidates from or around Salt Lake, New Town, Phool Bagan, Ultadanga and nearby areas.

Candidates from other areas are also welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable travelling for field marketing, meetings and outreach activities.

Stipend

Unpaid internship. Option for commission based on successful conversions.
