Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Saturday & Sunday: Off

Stipend: 7,000 – 15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Feliks™ is a modern marketing agency focused on driving business growth through a combination of organic marketing and performance marketing. Founded in January 2023 by Amreen Memon, Feliks has grown from a solo initiative into a full-service marketing operation.

The agency operates across two key verticals: Feel Feliks, focused on organic growth strategies including lead generation, social media, content, and community building; and Taken Media by Feliks, focused on performance marketing through digital advertising and ROI-driven campaigns.

Feliks works with a diverse range of clients, including coaches, creators, e-commerce brands, influencers, and service-based businesses. We focus on combining creativity, strategy, and execution to build scalable marketing solutions that drive measurable business growth.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

The role is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to marketing beyond just social media. You will work closely with the team on marketing research, lead generation, campaign planning, client projects, competitor analysis, market research, and day-to-day marketing execution.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting market, competitor, and audience research
• Supporting lead generation and outreach activities
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Researching potential customers, markets, and business opportunities
• Supporting campaign planning and execution across digital channels
• Assisting with client research, presentations, and marketing proposals
• Tracking and organizing marketing data and campaign performance
• Supporting email, WhatsApp, and other marketing communication initiatives
• Identifying marketing trends, opportunities, and relevant industry insights
• Coordinating with internal teams to execute marketing activities
• Assisting with basic reporting and analysis of marketing performance
• Contributing ideas for campaigns, offers, partnerships, and growth initiatives
  

• Basic understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing principles
• Strong interest in learning practical marketing and business growth
• Good research and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand target audiences and customer behaviour
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
• Previous experience with lead generation, sales, digital marketing, or marketing projects is a plus
• Freshers with a strong interest in marketing are welcome to apply
  

• This role is suitable for someone who wants to understand how marketing works as a business function, including research, customer acquisition, lead generation, campaigns, communication, and growth — rather than focusing only on social media management.
