Role Description As a Marketing Intern at echos above, you will support day-to-day marketing activities that build brand awareness and drive engagement. You will assist with market research, help develop and execute marketing campaigns, and contribute ideas for social media and digital content aligned with the brand's aesthetic. You will collaborate with the team to gather customer insights, support sales initiatives, and maintain accurate records of marketing activities and outcomes. This is an internship role and is on-site in Chennai, where you will work closely with the team, learn the fundamentals of footwear and lifestyle branding, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear writing and confident verbal interaction.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Interest or experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing Strategy and enthusiasm for brand building in fashion or lifestyle sectors.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Comfort using basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms); experience with design or content tools is a plus.
• Genuine interest in sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Must be in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
