Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing Intern located in Mumbai. The intern will assist in conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities will also include facilitating customer service, creating promotional content, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with teammates and customers.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
• Basic knowledge or interest in Sales and promotional activities to support business growth.
• Proactive and willing to learn, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
• Should know basic Content Creation and using tools like Canva, etc.
