This is an unpaid internship. Completion Letter will be given at the end of internship. Also, special certificates and Letter of Recommendation will be provided based on the performance.

What You Will Do

• Research workplace, career and employee-experience topics.
• Find relevant LinkedIn conversations and identify useful engagement opportunities.
• Generate content ideas for ConviTrust's LinkedIn and other approved marketing channels.
• Assist with LinkedIn copywriting, editing and content development.
• Support Canva creatives and carousel content where relevant.
• Maintain research and marketing trackers.
• Support competitor and market research.
• Assist with approved marketing experiments and campaigns.
• Work with the marketing lead and other interns to complete assigned tasks on time.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about marketing, careers, workplaces, startups or social media.
• Ability to research a topic and identify credible information.
• Creative thinking and the ability to suggest original ideas.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and/or social media.
• Basic Canva skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and improve through feedback.
• Reliability, ownership and respect for deadlines.

Who Can Apply

Students, freshers and early-career candidates with an interest in marketing are welcome to apply. Previous marketing experience is helpful but not required.

How the Internship Works

Tasks are assigned through the team's Discord workspace. Interns research, create or execute the assigned work, submit it for review, receive feedback and revise when required. Approved work is organized in the team's shared workspace.

Important Expectations

• This is a learning-focused internship, but assigned work is expected to be taken seriously.
• Interns should communicate early if they are blocked or cannot meet a deadline.
• AI tools may be used for support, but interns remain responsible for accuracy, originality and final quality.
• Confidential company, product and team information must not be shared outside the organization.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is curious, dependable and willing to think. You do not need to know everything about marketing. We care more about how you learn, research, communicate and take ownership.
