About Cluv:
Cluv is an event-based dating app helping singles meet IRL through city events. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on marketer who loves social, street-level buzz, and creative experiments.
What you'll do
Own our social handles (IG): plan the weekly content calendar, post consistently, reply to DMs/comments, and keep the vibe on-brand.
Create thumb-stopping content: reels, carousels, memes, stories, polls, recap videos, and UGC spotlights.
Drive campus & city awareness (IRL): visit colleges, cafs, gyms, co-working spaces and events to run micro-activations, poster drops, QR campaigns, and referral drives.
Brainstorm & experiment: bring fresh growth ideas for top-of-funnel, referrals, and waitlist signups.
You'll thrive if you have:
Content skills: basic video editing (Reels/CapCut), design chops (Canva/Figma), and a good eye for trends.
Social native: up to speed on reels hooks, sounds, memes, and creator collab norms.
Hustle & ownership: you enjoy being on the ground (evenings/weekends when events peak).
Strong verbal communication; comfortable speaking to strangers IRL.
Nice-to-haves
Experience running college clubs, fests, societies, or ambassador programs.
Prior work with creators/influencers or event marketing.
Success metrics (your KPIs)
Weekly: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, UGC pieces collected.
Growth: event RSVPs, app installs, referral codes used, qualified signups.
IRL: activations run, partnerships secured (cafs/colleges/venues), cost per activation lead.
