About the Role

Cent Health (https://www.cent.health/) is looking for a Marketing Intern who lives and breathes social media - someone who scrolls Instagram for research, knows what makes a reel stop the scroll, and wants to build real, hands-on experience instead of watching from the sidelines. This is a fresher-only role, based out of our Koramangala office, built for someone early in their career who's ready to move fast, learn faster, and actually ship content that people see.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of Cent Health's digital marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and post content - reels, carousels, shorts, and captions - that actually sounds like a human wrote it, not a corporate memo.
• Manage and grow our social channels, including replying to comments and DMs like a real person, not a bot.
• Get hands-on with content creation -scripting, basic shooting/editing, and design using tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Track what's working using basic analytics, and double down on what performs.
• Stay plugged into trends, sounds, and formats before they go mainstream, and bring fresh ideas to the table every week.
• Work closely with the design and content team to keep everything on-brand and consistent.
• Jump into other digital marketing initiatives as needed - think campaigns, landing pages, or paid social support.

What We're Looking For

• Freshers only - recent graduates or those about to graduate, in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• A genuine social-media native - you understand platforms because you live on them, not just because you studied them.
• Comfortable with basic content tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar); if you've made content for fun, that counts.
• Sharp, snappy writing - you can turn a boring update into a caption people actually stop for.
• A creative streak and the confidence to pitch ideas, take feedback, and iterate fast.
• Comfortable working from our Koramangala office, 6 days a week - this is an in-person, high-energy team.

Good to Have

• A personal page, YouTube channel, or college project that shows off your content chops.
• Basic video editing or shooting skills - phone-shot content is totally fine.
• Curiosity about what makes content go viral, and a habit of reverse-engineering it.
