Marketing Intern

Key Skills

• Good communication skills – English & Tamil preferred
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Understanding of social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of lead generation and digital campaigns
• Good writing and content-creation skills
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts
• Willingness to learn real estate marketing and sales

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing lead-generation campaigns
• Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams
• Assist in creating and publishing social media posts, reels, creatives and content
• Support digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube
• Track leads, campaign performance, CPL and marketing spends
• Assist in coordinating landing pages, lead forms and campaign requirements
• Support Channel Partner (CP) marketing activities
• Assist in property exhibitions, events, activations and site events
• Coordinate with sales and pre-sales teams for campaign requirements and lead-related activities
• Maintain marketing databases and prepare daily/weekly marketing reports
• Conduct competitor, market and project research
• Support BTL, OOH and local marketing activities
• Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing activities
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing deliverables
• Support the team in preparing marketing presentations, reports and campaign updates
• Ensure marketing activities, leads and campaign information are updated in CRM / Google Sheets
• Assist in monitoring creative requirements, timelines and campaign deliverables

• Good written and verbal communication

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media

• Willing to travel locally for events, activations and site activities
