Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Social Media

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Monitor post performance, audience engagement, and trends.
• Support the marketing team in responding to social media inquiries and interactions.

Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital and email marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimisation efforts.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.
• Provide actionable insights and assist in positioning strategies.

Website & SEO

• Assist with website content updates and SEO enhancements.
• Collaborate on blog posts, banners, and landing pages.

Event Support

• Help in organising webinars, product demos, and community events.
• Coordinate registration, promotions, and post-event follow-up.`

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools.
• Proactive, creative thinker with attention to detail.

Bonus Exposure

• Email marketing tools.
• SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console.
• Canva, Figma, or other content design tools.
• Video editing basics (optional but preferred).
