Marketing Intern

What you'll do

As a marketing intern, you will help build Aule Space's online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and the website. This role is for someone who can write clearly, think creatively, and consistently ship content that improves our reach, hiring, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content: Create and experiment with content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, including company updates, hiring posts, storytelling, and video content, while taking ownership and making the most of the autonomy available in the role.
2. Design & Marketing Assets: Support design work for decks, exhibition banners, merchandise, and other marketing materials.
3. Website Ownership: Keep the website updated, and aligned with Aule's latest work, announcements, and hiring needs.

What we look for

Minimum requirements

• Pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, Media, or any related discipline
• Design sense for decks, banners, and social media posts
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Slides, and similar design tools
• Ownership and ability to complete tasks independently

Preferred qualification

• Prior experience managing social media pages, LinkedIn content, or marketing for a startup
• Skilled at turning ideas into high-quality visual assets
