Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to support our Mumbai team. This full-time, paid internship will provide hands-on experience across offline and digital marketing, sales, and operations. You will work closely with and report directly to the Marketing Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Head in daily execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Assist in planning and executing offline marketing activities including college outreach and promotional events
• Contribute to the management of ALPS social media channels and assist in digital marketing activities (content planning, posting, analytics, etc.)
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage student inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups
• Assist in organizing and supporting operational tasks during seminars, workshops, and student events
• Help maintain, update, and analyze marketing and sales performance data
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies

Requirements:

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Aviation, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms
• Willingness to travel locally for offline marketing and outreach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in the aviation industry is an added advantage
