We're now launching the Greenmentor Affiliate Network — a nationwide movement that allows students, professionals, and sustainability influencers to earn by promoting ESG learning and digital tools.
This is a high-ownership internship where you will build the affiliate marketing function from the ground up — from designing the program to scaling it across India.
Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on MBA marketing intern (or recent graduate) with prior marketing or startup experience.
You'll be responsible for setting up, launching, and running Greenmentor's affiliate and ambassador program end-to-end — strategy, outreach, onboarding, engagement, and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a marketing growth engine from scratch in a real startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Setup & Strategy
- Design the affiliate structure, incentive plan, and onboarding process.
- Research affiliate models used in EdTech and SaaS startups.
- Build basic tracking and payout systems using Google Sheets / CRM tools.
- Affiliate Recruitment
- Identify and onboard students, consultants, and sustainability influencers.
- Run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and communities.
- Manage applications, onboarding forms, and partner communications.
- Enablement & Activation
- Create the Affiliate Starter Kit (guides, post templates, referral link instructions).
- Conduct short orientation sessions or webinars for new affiliates.
- Keep affiliates active through leaderboards, challenges, and incentives.
- Tracking & Analytics
- Maintain affiliate performance dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payouts.
- Measure what campaigns and affiliates drive the highest ROI.
- Community & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with Greenmentor's marketing team for social media shoutouts, newsletters, and referral campaigns.
- Manage communication with affiliates via WhatsApp or Discord communities.

Ideal Candidate
- MBA / PGDM student or recent graduate (Marketing specialization preferred).
- Prior experience in digital marketing, growth, or community management (startup experience preferred).
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Canva, and basic marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Independent, proactive, and passionate about sustainability or future skills.
