The Head of Marketing – Real Estate will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, lead generation, and sales performance across residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires a visionary leader with strong experience in real estate marketing, digital transformation, branding, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company's real estate portfolio (residential, commercial, and retail projects).
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with business goals and sales targets.
- Lead brand positioning, corporate communications, and PR initiatives to enhance market presence.
Project Marketing:
- Plan and launch marketing campaigns for new property projects — from pre-launch to post-possession stages.
- Design go-to-market strategies, pricing communication, and promotional plans in coordination with the sales team.
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide project positioning.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media, influencer marketing, and email automation.
- Implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Evaluate and manage digital assets — website, CRM, analytics, and digital partnerships.
Brand & Communication Management:
- Oversee brand identity, creative direction, and consistent communication across all channels.
- Manage media relations, PR campaigns, and content strategy for digital and offline channels.
- Develop customer engagement programs, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear KPIs and growth plans.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, digital partners, event agencies, and media houses.
- Optimize budgets, measure ROI, and ensure cost-effective marketing execution.
