We're Hiring: Marketing Head

We are looking for a marketing leader who can drive business outcomes, build high-performing teams, and ensure every marketing initiative contributes to measurable pipeline growth, stronger brand positioning, and market expansion.
What You'll Do
Lead Tatvic's end-to-end marketing function with accountability for pipeline growth, brand visibility, and market expansion
Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 marketers, driving performance management, capability building, and execution excellence
Own key marketing KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign performance, and brand visibility
Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels with measurable business outcomes
Build and improve marketing processes, frameworks, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms that scale across the organization
Partner closely with Sales, Strategy, and leadership teams to align GTM priorities and growth objectives
Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve escalations, and maintain quality across multiple concurrent initiatives
Leverage marketing automation, AI tools, and scalable workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, and output quality
Provide strategic insights and performance visibility through data-driven decision-making and reporting
Must-Have Skills
5–6 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in Martech, SaaS, Analytics, Technology, or Consulting environments
Proven experience managing and mentoring a marketing team, including performance management, workload allocation, and capability building
Strong ownership of marketing KPIs such as pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign performance, and brand visibility
Experience planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives across channels with measurable outcomes
Strong analytical thinking, planning, strategy, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience building scalable marketing processes, frameworks, playbooks, and reporting mechanisms
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Strategy, and leadership teams on GTM planning and growth initiatives
Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation platforms, and AI-powered workflows
Good To Have
Experience with marketing technology integration and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of product lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping
Experience with demand generation, content marketing, brand-building, and performance marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of analytics, attribution models, and marketing performance measurement
Exposure to high-growth organizations undergoing transformation and scale
