Experience:810 Years (Developer Lobby experience is mandatory)

Location:Oshiwara, Mumbai

Budget Range:2,50,000/month

Role Description:

We seek an experienced, creative, and strategic Marketing Head with a strong real estate background (developer side) to lead our marketing vision. This role demands hands-on expertise in both online and offline marketing domains, creative advertising, digital campaigns, branding, PR, and 360 marketing. You will manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team to drive impactful campaigns and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and sales targets.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and website management with a focus on lead generation and ROI optimization.
  • Manage offline marketing activities such as ATL/BTL advertising, print media, events, and exhibitions ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Drive creative communication and branding initiatives, including content development for advertisements, brochures, hoardings, and video campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, PR agencies, and influencers to elevate brand reputation.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a dynamic team consisting of digital marketers, designers, content creators, and social media managers.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and project teams to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and campaign performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 810 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in real estate (developer side).
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, creative campaigns, branding, and PR.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a strategic mindset.
  • Creative thinker with robust analytical skills.
