Overview
The Marketing and Branding Head for the LED Lighting Manufacturing Company in Pallikaranai plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic marketing and branding initiatives to promote the company's LED lighting products. They are responsible for creating and maintaining a strong brand identity, driving product positioning strategies, and ensuring effective marketing communication to reach and engage target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to achieve sales and brand awareness objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of product positioning and pricing strategies
- Oversee market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
- Manage and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including advertising, promotional collateral, and digital content
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with product roadmap and sales objectives
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to adjust strategies and tactics as needed
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, agencies, and media outlets
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new marketing channels and technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve
- Ensure compliance with all marketing, advertising, and branding regulations and guidelines
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Marketing or Branding Manager in the LED lighting or related manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing and branding strategies
- In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of product positioning and pricing strategies
- Proficient in marketing communication and promotional tactics
- Experience in managing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change and innovation
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong brand identities
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics and CRM tools

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in digital branding, offline branding, marketing and strategic partnerships.
