Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business growth plans for IVF, Hospital, and Diagnostic services.
- Build and manage corporate tie-ups, referral networks, institutional partnerships, and key stakeholder relationships.
- Plan and execute health camps, doctor engagement programs, CMEs, community outreach initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including online branding, lead generation, social media, SEO, performance marketing, and patient acquisition campaigns.
- Drive offline marketing activities such as referral marketing, field promotions, branding, events, and business development.
- Develop innovative strategies to increase patient acquisition, revenue, market share, and brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing performance, business analytics, ROI, and conversion metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and business development team to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive VC business, hospital business growth, and strategic partnerships with corporates, consultants, healthcare professionals, and institutions.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of proven experience in Hospital, Healthcare, IVF, Fertility, or Diagnostic Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in business development, revenue generation, and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on marketing ROI, business performance, and sustainable growth.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field will be preferred.
