Job Description

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership- Develop and execute lab solutions marketing plans aligned with global and APJ commercial strategies.
  2. Commercial Impact- Apply strong business acumen to deliver on KPIs and strategic objectives.
  3. Stakeholder Influence- Bridge regional, global, and country teams influence across diverse cultures and functions.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with clinical marketing, marcomm, customer service, sales, commercial excellence, and country GMs to ensure market execution and customer focus.



The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. 15-20 years of experience in the industry, with 10+ years in IVD marketing
  2. IVD Expertise- Strong experience in clinical chemistry and immunoassay/ IVD
  3. Exposure to APJ markets
  4. Commercial Acumen- Proven ability to manage numbers, craft strategy, and deliver results through KPIs.
  5. Execution Focus- Ability to drive initiatives from strategy to implementation effective in cross-cultural setups.
  6. Influencing Skills- Strong communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
