Position: Senior Manager/AGM – Marketing (IoT & Automation)

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for SCADA, MES, IoT, and Automation solutions.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Drive customer acquisition and business expansion in Power, Oil & Gas, Water, Transportation, and BMS domains.
- Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, OEMs, and end customers.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop customized automation solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the automation sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
Experience & Skills
- 10 to 20 years of experience in Marketing & Sales of SCADA software and Automation hardware solutions.
- Strong exposure to solutions from leading automation companies such as:
- Siemens
- ABB
- Rockwell Automation
- Honeywell
- Schneider Electric
- AVEVA
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling large industrial clients.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Automation, SCADA, HMI, MES, IoT, PLC, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and lead business discussions independently.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
