Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy for one or multiple hospital facilities to drive occupancy, specialty service lines, and outpatient volumes.
- Design and run high-impact patient-acquisition campaigns across digital, offline, and referral channels; optimise conversion funnels and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
- Own physician and stakeholder engagement programsbuild referral pipelines, CME initiatives, and strategic partnerships with clinics, insurers, and community organisations.
- Lead the marketing P&L: set budgets, select and manage agencies/vendors, and deliver measurable ROI against revenue and occupancy targets.
- Implement a data-driven performance frameworkdefine KPIs, manage dashboards, and run continuous experimentation (A/B testing, channel mix) to scale what works.
- Build, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary marketing team covering digital, content/PR, events, CRM, and analytics.
