Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, product marketing, and communications.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Define and analyze key metrics (e.g. ROI, CAC, CLV, MQLs) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Drive PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in B2B or B2C marketing (specify depending on your business).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
