Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of building, managing, and scaling the company's marketing function across digital, offline, and dealer network channels.

This role will be responsible for integrating all marketing activities to drive lead generation, dealer engagement, and brand growth. The candidate will work closely with leadership to establish structured systems, build a capable team, and ensure marketing delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals

Plan marketing activities based on seasonality, crop cycles, and market demand

Create structured monthly and quarterly marketing plans

Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities

2.⁠ ⁠Digital Marketing Management

Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including:

Social media (organic and paid)

Performance marketing (Facebook, Google Ads)

Website, SEO, and Google Business profile

Manage WhatsApp API campaigns and automation workflows

Drive data-driven campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion

Ensure integration of digital campaigns with CRM systems

3.⁠ ⁠Offline & Dealer Marketing

Plan and execute:

Exhibitions and trade shows

Field marketing campaigns and product demonstrations

Dealer-level branding (in-store, van branding, POS materials)

Develop marketing support systems for dealer network

Coordinate with sales teams to maximize dealer engagement and activation

4.⁠ ⁠Branding & Marketing Collateral

Maintain consistent brand identity across all channels

Oversee development of:

Brochures, banners, and promotional materials

Product content and marketing creatives

Ensure all communication aligns with company positioning

5.⁠ ⁠Lead Generation & CRM Systems

Build and manage a structured lead generation system

Ensure proper lead capture from all sources (online and offline)

Work with internal teams to implement and optimize CRM processes

Improve lead tracking, follow-up systems, and conversion visibility

6.⁠ ⁠Team Building & Management

Evaluate current marketing team and identify hiring needs

Build and manage a team across digital, offline, and creative functions

Define clear SOPs, KPIs, and KRAs for each team member

Ensure accountability, productivity, and smooth execution

7.⁠ ⁠Budget Management & ROI Tracking

Manage marketing budget across channels

Allocate spend based on performance and business priorities

Track campaign performance, cost per lead, and ROI

Optimize underperforming campaigns and improve efficiency

8.⁠ ⁠Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Dealer Network, and Product teams

Align marketing efforts with sales targets and business objectives

Gather feedback from field teams and dealers to refine strategies

9.⁠ ⁠Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in marketing performance and implement improvements

Introduce tools, automation, and systems to improve efficiency

Regularly review performance and refine marketing processes

Candidate Profile

5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in distribution-driven or industrial sectors

Strong exposure to dealer / channel marketing

Hands-on experience in both:

Digital marketing (ads, SEO, lead generation)

Offline marketing (events, exhibitions, branding)

Experience in managing teams and building processes

Strong analytical mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Location

Kolshet Road, Thane West (On-site role)

Salary

₹18–20 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives linked to lead generation, cost efficiency, dealer activation, and campaign ROI

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to Founder / Leadership Team

Works closely with Sales Team and Dealer Network

Success Metrics (6–12 Months)

Consistent and scalable lead generation system established

Strong dealer-level marketing programs implemented

CRM and lead tracking systems fully functional

Defined team structure with SOPs and KPIs in place

Measurable improvement in brand visibility and sales support
