Pikolo is building India's premier marketplace for events and celebrations - connecting customers with verified photographers, makeup artists, musicians, decorators, and more. We're raising our Angel Round and need a strategic marketing mind to help us build a rock-solid pitch and hit the ground running post-funding.

The Opportunity

Phase 1 (Contract - 3-4 days):

Help us create investor-ready marketing documentation that will close our Angel Round.

Phase 2 (Post-Funding):

Join full-time as Marketing Head with competitive salary + meaningful ESOP to execute the plan YOU designed

Your Mission (3-4 Day Contract Deliverables)

Create comprehensive, investor-ready documents in Google Docs/Sheets:

User Acquisition Roadmap

• 3, 6, and 12-month growth strategy blueprint
• Clear milestones and execution plan

Ads Strategy + Budget Analysis

• 1 lakh/month sample plan
• Lead generation cost breakdown
• ROI projections and CAC analysis

Performance KPIs Framework

• Key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, retention
• Tracking and optimization plan

Category Marketing Overview

• Strategy for Photography, Makeup, Music, Decor categories
• Channel-wise approach

Team Structure Plan

• Initial roles needed (responsibilities, salary ranges)
• Hiring roadmap for first 12 months

Outcome: Investor-ready marketing strategy that shows we can acquire users efficiently and scale systematically.

You're Perfect If You:

• Have built 0-to-1 marketing strategies for startups/marketplaces
• Understand performance marketing, CAC, and unit economics
• Can create clear, data-driven projections and plans
• Have experience with investor pitches or fundraising decks
• Think like a founder, not just an executor
• Can work fast and deliver quality in 3-4 days
