Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Head to lead the marketing and business development function of the Society.
This role owns the strategy for member growth, deposit mobilisation, and loan disbursement across products, and builds and leads a high-performing marketing team to deliver the Society's business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead marketing strategy, team performance, and business growth across the Society's products.
- Develop and execute the Society's marketing and business development strategy.
- Set targets for deposits, loans, and membership growth and drive their achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team.
- Design product promotion campaigns, schemes, and local marketing initiatives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor products, and member needs.
- Build institutional and community relationships to expand the Society's reach.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- Set KRAs, monitor team performance, and review results.
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams for smooth product delivery.
- Drive digital marketing and branding for the Society.
- Report business performance to management and the Board.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a strong track record in financial-product marketing and team leadership.
- Graduate; Postgraduate / MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Strong track record in financial-product marketing.
- 7 to 12 years of experience in marketing / business development, preferably in banking, NBFC, or co-operative sector, with team leadership.
- Strategic planning and business acumen.
- Team leadership and people management.
- Analytical and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
