Role Overview
IIM SKILLS is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to enhance our brand presence across digital and print platforms. You will design visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and engages our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media creatives, marketing banners, and digital advertisements.
- Create engaging YouTube thumbnails optimized for audience retention.
- Develop brochures, posters, and other print/digital marketing collaterals.
- Maintain consistent brand representation across all visual materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year graphic design experience (digital marketing-focused preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva Pro.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio with at least 3 examples of social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, or marketing collaterals is mandatory.
