As a Marketing Intern - Graphic Design & Community Management at CipherSchools, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in graphic design, visual communication, community management, creativity, collaboration, and marketing. Your role will involve working closely with the marketing and internal teams to create engaging visual assets across multiple platforms, manage and grow online communities, and contribute to various marketing initiatives.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Create visual assets for social media, YouTube, websites, WhatsApp, events, campaigns, and other marketing and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to understand requirements and translate ideas, concepts, and information into creative and visually engaging designs.
- Research the latest design and visual trends to bring fresh, creative, and visually engaging ideas to CipherSchools content and marketing assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual representations that effectively communicate campaigns, announcements, educational content, events, and brand messages to the target audience.
- Manage and moderate online communities, ensuring a positive, active, and engaging environment for students and community members.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities to encourage participation, discussions, and interaction within existing communities.
- Help revive and grow inactive or new communities by developing creative engagement strategies and initiatives that encourage members to actively participate.
- Track and analyze community engagement and prepare regular reports covering key metrics, activity, growth, participation, and overall community performance.
- Assist the marketing team with social media, events, campaigns, and other ongoing marketing activities.
- Take up other marketing and community-related tasks as required by the team.
