Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to drive marketing initiatives across content marketing, sales enablement, and event marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution — from creating marketing assets and running cross-channel campaigns to supporting field and industry marketing initiatives. You will work closely with founders, internal teams, and external partners to execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversations.

Responsibilities
a. Content Marketing
- Strategize and create high-quality content across blogs, FAQs, LinkedIn/WhatsApp campaigns, explainers, customer stories, and thought leadership initiatives
- Work closely with founders and internal teams to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-focused communication
- Repurpose content across formats and channels to improve reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
- Apply SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices across content and website initiatives
b. Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain collaterals including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and customer-facing communication materials
- Contribute to product marketing initiatives by helping position features, use cases, and value propositions through different assets
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to support customer conversations with relevant marketing materials
c. Event Marketing Support
- Support planning and execution of expos, conferences and industry events
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams for event creatives, merchandise, and collaterals
- Manage pre-event outreach, communication, and post-event lead engagement activities
- Assist with on-ground event coordination, logistics, and execution when required
d. Marketing Operations
- Manage website updates and content publishing activities
- Monitor website performance, campaign metrics, and analytics to optimise the strategy

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or startup environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content
- Experience across content marketing, campaign execution, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into effective marketing communication
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently strategize, prioritize, and execute
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution quality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with AI tools and AI-assisted marketing workflows
Good to Have
- Exposure to enterprise or SMB sales environments and longer sales cycles
- Experience in field marketing or industry events
- Knowledge about supply chain, traceability, or regulated industries
