Marketing (Flexible Packaging)

Key Requirements:

 - Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.

 - Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, and other packaging films, as well as laminate structures and pouch formats.

 - Consultative Sales: Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging structures.

 - Business Development: Proven ability to identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities.

 - Account Management: Experience in customer relationship management and account development.

 - Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
