Job Description

Position: Marketing Executive - Field Operations

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Nagpur (Onsite + Field Work)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presentable Marketing (Field Work) Executive with strong communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in field marketing, client interaction, and brand promotion.

This executive will play a crucial role in promoting the products and solutions developed by our company, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and representing our organization across various networking groups, industry associations, and business communities.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and comfortable being constantly on the move meeting clients, attending networking events, conducting field visits, and acting as the face of the company in public and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion & Brand Awareness

  • Promote and explain the software products, IT solutions, and services developed by the company to prospective clients and partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, share brochures, and communicate the value proposition clearly.
  • Participate in brand-building activities such as exhibitions, seminars, business events, and local promotional activities.
  • Ensure high-quality, professional representation of the brand in all offline marketing channels.

2. Field Marketing, Client Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Conduct daily field visits across targeted locations to meet potential customers and introduce company products.
  • Identify new market segments and business categories that benefit from our offerings.
  • Generate high-quality leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and localized campaigns.
  • Maintain healthy follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.

3. Representation in Networking Organizations & Associations

  • Attend meetings, conferences, and events hosted by BNI groups, trade associations, business chambers, and networking clubs on behalf of the company.
  • Build strong professional relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and community leaders.
  • Present company solutions, share marketing materials, and showcase product capabilities in networking sessions.
  • Act as the official representative who strengthens the company's brand presence in professional circles.

4. Client Interaction, Demonstrations & Relationship Building

  • Hold structured discussions with prospects to understand their needs and align them with suitable company solutions.
  • Deliver clear, confident presentations and product demos during field visits.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients through frequent interactions.
  • Gather feedback from the field to help improve product strategies and sales approaches.

5. Market Research & Competitor Mapping

  • Walk through markets, business clusters, and commercial zones to gather insights about customer behaviour, trends, and competition.
  • Share real-time feedback with management to refine marketing plans and product positioning.
  • Identify potential demand pockets or industries where the company's offerings can be introduced.

6. Reporting, Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain structured daily reports including client visits, leads generated, follow-ups, and next actions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for product materials, demo scheduling, and customer onboarding activities.
  • Provide weekly performance updates with actionable insights gathered from field interactions.

  • Energetic, motivated, and comfortable with extensive field work and networking events.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into simple customer benefits.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and discipline.

Role Requirements

  • Must enjoy being constantly active in the field and meeting new people.
  • Willingness to attend early morning or evening networking events when necessary.
  • Must be comfortable traveling within the city and occasionally outside.
  • A two-wheeler with valid driving license is highly preferred.
