Job Summary

Rams Real Estates is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to support property marketing, customer acquisition, and real estate business development through field activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct field visits to identify potential customers, property owners, and business opportunities.
2. Promote the company's real estate projects and redevelopment services.
3. Generate leads through direct marketing, networking, and local area visits.
4. Identify buildings, apartments, and properties with potential for redevelopment.
5. Meet property owners, residents, and prospective clients to explain company services.
6. Collect property details, contact information, and customer requirements.
7. Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
8. Maintain daily field visit reports and submit activity updates to the reporting manager.
9. Achieve assigned lead generation and field marketing targets.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 0- 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
• Experience in real estate or property marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for field activities.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred/required, depending on the company's field travel requirements.
