Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Expert - Global Capability Centres (GCC) and Global Outsourcing, located in Delhi. The responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, identifying new sales opportunities, and creating tailored solutions to expand the company's presence in International markets majorly in US, UK, Canada & ANZ. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and fostering relationships with clients to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Marketing, Marketing Strategy, and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in Communication and Sales
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for International markets.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills to assess marketing trends and performance metrics
• Proven success in achieving targets and driving revenue growth
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Work experience with a similar firm/company dealing in foreign outsourcing financial services is a plus.

Important :

• This role may involve cold calling to US, UK, Canada, ANZ based clients.
• The ticket size per closed deal is 250-500 USD.
