Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Guwahati for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing market plans, conducting in-depth market research to understand trends, and developing strategies to reach target audiences. Additionally, the role includes active participation in sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and creating communication campaigns that align with the brand's narrative and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and strategizing effective marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in Market Research to understand consumer preferences and market trends
- Excellent Communication skills to connect effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales, including managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
- Proven expertise in Marketing campaigns and brand promotion
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in lifestyle or fragrance industries is a plus
