About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic 0-1 journey. As the marketing executive, you will be part of the core team working on everyday marketing decisions that pave the way for the brand's growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Own responsibility for ideating & writing short and long form copy for the brand blogs, website brand & product content, CRM, social media, scripts, influencer marketing, performance ads, etc. - this will be a critical part of this role as we aim to shape the brand identity as a young brand
2. Briefing and co-ordination of internal or external graphic designers to execute all brand creatives, including but not limited to website banners, performance marketing ads, etc.
3. Work with internal & external stakeholdersand own core tasks onbrand management, including brand launch, product launches, campaign planning, content direction, and design management
4. Build in-depth competitor, market and consumer understanding in order to execute daily marketing tasks
5. Own tasks across all marketing activities, across channels - this includes website, online marketplaces, any offline events and pop-ups, cross-brand collabs, etc.
6. Imbibe and work towards operational excellence (budget management, KPI tracking, etc.) from day one

1. Minimum Qualification
2. 2years in marketing / content / related fields -experience with lifestyle/ beauty brands preferred
3. A good understanding of the digital ecosystem
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and visual
5. Creativity, out of the box thinking and an ability to problem-solve independently.

Location & Other Details

1. This is a full-time role based in Wagle Estate, Thane (near Mumbai) with 6 days working (Monday - Saturday). Saturdays are Work From Home.

2. The maximum annual CTC for this role is INR 6LPA
