Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell our University Management Software solutions to universities, colleges, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, presenting software solutions, building relationships with academic institutions, and supporting the sales process.

Role & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in Identify and generate leads from universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Promote and market the University Management Software (ERP) to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to university administrators and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with registrars, administrators, and IT departments of universities.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team for product demonstrations, proposals, and implementations.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in education expos, conferences, and seminars to promote the software.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve the product and marketing strategies.]

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of software products / SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships with education sector stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel to universities and educational institutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, ERP software sales, or educational services marketing is an advantage.
