Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other marketing channels.
• Assist in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media creatives, newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Support the creation of visually appealing marketing assets using tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
• Ensure consistency in Tsaaro's brand messaging and visual identity across marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and website updates.
• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities while supporting end-to-end execution.
• Track key marketing metrics, maintain campaign dashboards, and contribute to performance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, sales, design, and content teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend new ideas and improvements.
  
  

Requirements

Experience:06–1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, content marketing, or campaign execution.

Skills

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
