Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Create campaign calendars and coordinate marketing activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics and insights.
  • Manage social media marketing activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare campaign reports and present performance insights to management.
  • Assist in content creation, branding initiatives, events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with B2B marketing initiatives is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of campaign planning and execution.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Understanding of lead generation and marketing funnel concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
